Your life events can change quickly and you want support with what’s emerging for you in the moment. You prefer an open, organic structure.
We meet as frequently as you like: weekly, every other week, or monthly. This can depend on your situation, how quickly you want to get clarity, and how much time you have available. Each session lasts 60 min.
Each session’s focus is up to you. We can be varied or consistent in theme over multiple sessions.
Together we bring awareness to and liberate you in your current approach to your life events. We begin with setting an agenda focusing on what you most want to accomplish in our session. Then we unpack what’s most alive for you. I ask you revealing questions and we speak to the patterns we see. I can help you set an intention for how you want to show up in the next few weeks and we explore some new actions to take.
I give you an unbiased outside perspective where I gently challenge you to see what’s not being seen, uncovering hidden beliefs, assumptions and behaviors. I support you to move beyond self-doubt and fear. I hold you accountable to aid you in staying on track.
You leave each call with valuable new insights, able to see possibilities previously held outside of your awareness. You also leave feeling supported and seen in your unique situation with ideas on how to take new action.
